Mirza Farrukh Baig - Chief Executive Officer

Farrukh is the founder and CEO of Lynchpin Group, the diversified business venture having training and consulting business arms. His over two decades of career spans across entrepreneurship, consulting and banking services. He has served the top tier audit and consulting firm Crow Horwath before being handpicked by Pakistan's largest industrial group - Sapphire, to serve in its accounts and finance division. He has been associated with one of the leading local banks in UAE - National Bank of Fujairah for eight years and was responsible for the commercial and corporate credit risk management of the bank.

Outside Lynchpin, Farrukh is member of Executive Committee of Pakistan Professionals' Wing in Dubai.

He is a Chartered Accountant and associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). He has also been awarded Gold Medal by the ICAP for his outstanding academic performance in 2002.

Saad Riaz - Manager Strategy & Innovation

Saad can do wonders with his innovative approach towards work. He is always keen to experiment the things in innovative and dynamic manner and get the desired results. A quick learner and a "can do approach" person, he is surely a team player without which Lynchpin is not complete. He is a qualified ACCA and an affiliate member of Associate of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK).

Imran Mobeen - Manager Administration

Lynchpin can be treated as Imran's 2nd home. He is the backbone of Lynch-team and truly a star who always strive hard to make things happen. Imran has always contributed positively in every aspect ranging from product development, customer handling, expansion plans or solution of day to day issues. His ever smiling attitude maintains a cheerful atmosphere at Lynchpin.

Adnan is a young, pleasant and forthcoming professional having an experience of over 8 years in education industry.
