Business Development Officer (female) - 03 positions  (Full time)

• Responsible for overall development of corporate and retail training business with an agreed quarterly revenue target. 
• Managing the existing business relationship and key account management
• Attending daily enquiries received through email, social media, phone and other means of lead generation
• Entering the daily leads data in CRM and thereon follow-up on required intervals
• Preparing the proposals for corporate clients
• You will have individual responsibility for new business, and are expected to self-manage, however, you will be part of a growing team of people with the same job title. Support is available by the Manager for complex large pitches and strategies 

Candidate should have a bachelors degree in marketing and at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in the field of sales/business development preferably in training industry.
