ADNEC realizes the fact that for a business to be competitive, it is important that it has the right number of people with the right skills in the right jobs.

So, as an ongoing training and development strategy, ADNEC caters for what training is needed for the staff. This gives ADNEC a competitive advantage as employees will be more flexible, adaptable to change and be more creative and innovative. They do their jobs better and are able to develop into other roles in the future.

ADNEC contacted us to arrange in-house training for a bunch of proficient individuals from different areas of their finance department, for diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR offered by Association of Chartered certified Accountants – ACCA UK).

Training Solution Provided

We presented our method of training through a demonstration at ADNEC. When Lynchpin came to the client with our “customer-first” approach, we were elected as an official training provider for the company. Our client was specific that we tailor the training sessions to keep up with the pace of the delegates. So, we scheduled the training in order maintain the lectures’ speed in line with our client’s need, keeping in mind the upcoming exam and its challenges.

Solution Benefits

A program spread over 3 months was planned, accommodating for the timing needs of the clients. It was designed and executed in a dedicated suite offered by ADNEC. Our client has expressed their gratitude for a considerate treatment from our team and Lynchpin is also grateful for their hospitality.
